Hi all,
I did the hill climb competition tonite, lots of wind on the tough hill part but I made it without stopping. Glanced down once and my cyclocomputer said 3.7 mph. My grandma could have crawled next to me and gone faster, I swear. Oh well, glad I did it, though I didn't beat my record. We'll be revisiting this climb in another 3 months so I'll see if there is improvement.
Cheryl, glad you enjoyed Step Works. That's one that I don't have. I've been on a Christi Taylor kick lately, love her choreography and cueing.
Teddygirl, what is the surprise? I love surprises!
Tracy, yep, there was a dread factor involved with the windy hill climb. I just have to look at it as my "tough" bike ride for the week. Got to get that in anyway so why not do the competition. Are you putting the eliptical together now? Maybe tomorrow you will report that all pieces were assembled and you had a blast with Cardio Coach. Access is a program that I don't know much about. Wish I did. Maybe I can take a class sometime.
Sandra, did you get the house cleaning done? I think I'll get some in tomorrow. I really need to clean the camp trailer too. It never ends. Pretty exciting about having new grass (in your yard). What kind of a rotation are you doing now?
Nicole, no doubt in my mind that you will finish the X. No doubt at all. Tillie is doing just fabulous. She's such a little stinker. We've had dogs for years and years, but this little one has sure stolen my heart. Having one eye hasn't set her back at all, though once in a while she will bump into you if you are on her blind side and she doesn't have time to react. You will love doing the Body Blast series after doing the X. It felt so good to get back to Cathe. Hope you are pleased with your results.
Swifty, you are close to finishing the X. Hat's off to you too! Cotton candy, that is one thing that I have no trouble turning down.
Amy, sounds like you needed the rest. I'm impressed with your inch loss for sure. Way to go!!! You've worked so hard. I liked The Devil Wears Prada. Meryl was so good in it.
Got to go and maybe watch one of the Netflix movies that's been sitting around here for a couple of weeks.
