Okay...back for personals...Thanks for listening to my gushing forth of frustration!

......Traci.......Well, I am already changing up workouts...I am going to do KB as produced today instead of HIS since I figured my patience is running a bit low...I don't want to tackle the footwork in #3 today...so I will do that one tomorrow! Hope the pruning is going well. I figured if anyone could shed any light on my clothing dilemma it would be Sandra...or at least she would know where to go to look it up. Glad you were able to do your workout today with minimal modifications...She's baaaaack!!!

.....Tracy.....I just want to go into a store that I shop in regularly and buy something off the rack without having to try it on...What is the harm in that, I ask?? Hope you are having a nice day off! Even though you have to go to class.

....Amy....Sorry the eating isn't where you want it to be. It is so hard to keep yourself on track on a daily basis, I think. I have gotten to the point where I just don't allow myself to have anything to eat after dinner anymore. I set that time in my head and that is just my cut off...so actually afternoons are sometimes my snacky time!

...Sandra.....Where to start?? First of all, I am awful with names which is why I didn't catch the Brenda/Lorraine mix up. Secondly, if a 5'8" person is supposed to weigh 135...what is a 5'2" person supposed to weigh?? I am hovering between 110 and 112....which makes my BMI look pretty good, but does that even matter if I am not lean and muscular enough? I know that I am pretty toned, but there are a lot of girls/women out there who are my size, but who are not nearly as fit as I am...So where do those folks fall in? Just throwing that out there as something else to ponder. I am probably going to have to move...and I am certainly not looking forward to it. It would just be across town, but no fun for anyone. This house is too big for DD and me...although I love it and I love the property it is onand the neighborhood. But I won't be able to reasonably afford the payments with what I will get from XDH plus my hopefully upcoming salary. You are certainly right about the housing market here, too. Not a pleasant sight. And we are in a new neighborhood where there are still new homes being built which means it will take us even longer to sell it. Yuck.

....Tess....Looking forward to hearing your thoughts about the X as you get into it. Good luck on your first day!

So...besides my love of naps, my meez was inspired by my DD today. I am lying in bed this morning, having a very disturbing dream about slugs (as in snails with no shells) all over the walls and ceiling of a dingy, musty apartment that I was apparently living in (don't ask)....when I feel someone in the room. I open my eyes and DD is standing there staring at me with a package of crackers in her hands. Who knows how long she had been there. She holds out the package for me to open without saying a word...I open the package and she leaves the room and tells me to "Sleep tight"!! Mom of the year, I am not!

I gotta type this quick........

You all know I love Cathe she’s all I know as far as working out. But now, ladies, I am about to lunge out into the deep, man oh man it even feels good to say.

It all started today, when I found BBC work sheets, with all his workouts on them. I really had the chances to really look at the exercise, his routines look pretty tough, I must admit when I previewed them at home I honestly did not give Barry a chances cuz in me head its all about Cathe, still is. And, too, I was reading on the OD forum what the people had to say about his workouts, all positive reviews.

Tracie, I was going to post and say one word Terminator yep! I’m ready for it. I found some interesting reviews on that as well and a nice little breakdown of all the workouts on the DVD.

And to top everything else off, I just got SloMo today and omg looking at her work sheet, it’s tough and thorough I’m going for it.

Not sure what or even how I’m going to put it all together, but I will be focusing the entire month of november SloMo BBC Terminator and P90X just NEED to know what else my body is capable of achieving.

I’m not going to abandon Cathe, no way, I'll still be using her DVD not as much. Do know, my body need a change, see I have always been terrified to do anything other than Cathe. So starting this weekend CHANGE is a coming.

TeddyGirl- Dont know where on earth you are getting all these worksheets - PRETTY PLEEZE send to me!!!! Slo Mo & BBC THANKS !!!!! CHANGE IS GOOD! Even Cathe says that- you are not doing Cathe any honor by never completely shocking your muscles & mind! You can do 30 days of this!!+ You'll see so much more improvement the next Cathe round. GREAT PLAN:D

Tracie, I think it's a great plan too. I pumped:) oh boy! I hope to get my workout in tonight, I just may want to lay in bed with a bag of kettlecorn popcorn :9 of course and preview, just kidding,

Tracie I'm on my way out the door but will send tomorrow,

C&W

Good workout today. I am doing all circuits until Aaron gets home next Saturday. I may attempt the new series after that.

Tracy, That's right, I remember when you got the elliptical. Are you off today from work or working out? Maybe both:) Have a good night at class!

Traci-X, How weird that your arm just started acting up. It's acting a bit like a spoiled child, way to show it who's boss:) The workout sounded intense and I'm glad your arm didn't talk back.Yes, yesterday was a lot of fun. My friend and I have a bunch of fun together and we have so much in common you would think we were separated at birth.

Wendy, Have you got your MIL all dialed in with HS instructions? Did you get your yoga in? I just got a new yoga DVD and I really liked it. I hope it helps my back. You better keep your blog updated or I'll bug you to death;)

Teddygirl, I am NOT looking forward to that time in my life. My oldest is 8 so I have a while:) Did you get your workout in today? How was the water? Never feeling guilty about switching up your routine, it's good for you.

Jeanette, Glad you enjoyed the new workout. Have fun in Reno with your DS and his girlfriend!

Debra, Love the new meez, it's sooo you:)Are you dealing with the excessive candy ok? I am so glad the boys did not go so I don't have to worry about all the candy. I bet it was nice to have your guy around last night to "help". I had pre-planned before I went to Mimi's so I wouldn't eat badly. I got the oatmeal plain and brought my own maple sugar and had berries on the side, yum:9 I knew how many calories were in all the other stuff so it wasn't hard to say no! I too hate the inconsistency in women's clothing! I try to stick with the store that I fit into the smallest size. It's an ego booster for sure:D You better have made your massage appointment!! LOL, your DD is too cute:)

Laurie, Looks like we'll be starting the Nov. rotation together:) It will be nice to have a partner. I may change it up a bit like you and Jeanette but stick with the main idea.

Tess, You'll love P90X! Be prepared for some body reconfiguration. I really noticed that and the girls assured me it happened to them all. It ended up being a good thing, especially for my middle:D

Sandra, Didn't get out for trick-or-treating last night. I wasn't raised doing it so it doesn't even cross my mind to take the boys. I am glad though because it seems the older kids are taking the day over. A bit too gory around here. It also has an extra advantage, no candy!:) I got my caramel from King Arthur Flour Co. It is so creamy and melts in minutes. I had a little and it was:9 Sounds like you're enjoying the new series. I will check it out soon. I did Back In Shape yoga and I hope it helps:) I'll have to keep the cancer/weight thing in mind for motivation.

Amy, Good luck getting rid of the candy! yikes, I can't even imagine lifting that much! ^5

Ok, I have to shower and clean:p

Nicole

Hi there...finally got my workout done. KB07 as produced....except I added in the arm section after the warm up and then did it again when I came to it again in the dvd. I really do like this workout. the ab section was pretty tough for me since I forgot to do it at the beginning. The leg section is about as long as I ever want, so that was good, too! I will either do HIS a produced tomorrow or Eoin. We'll see! I am obviously LOOSELY following the Nov rotation.

.....Teddygirl.....It is always good to shake things up. Billy isn't my fave...but whatever floats your boat! I am sure you will see some great results.

....Nicole...I love CW..The music is fun and so are the step combos. I remember that was one of the first harder videos that I felt like I was able to keep up, so it always has a special place in my heart. It's funny you guys don't do Halloween...It was always a big deal for me growing up. I am making my massage appointment tomorrow. I just hope my next person is comparable to my last gal...My back and headaches need it! It was nice to have my "friend" around last night...he is just very easy to be with....which is a definite change from XDH! Where is DH that he has to be gone for so long???

Okay....signing off for the night...Hope you all have sweet dreams...No dreaming of slugs!

It's 11:00 PM. The day is almost done. I have no choice but to work out now. MIL is feeding me BBQ RIBS and homemade apple crisp. I feel HUGE! I'm about to do HIS in the living room while eldest dd reads her Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen book and the twins sleep on the air mattress in the adjoining sunroom/computer room. I'll keep my cursing to a minimum.}( Be back as soon as I finish!

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!
Wendy

Oh! I'm at MIL's until Sunday. I might not be able to post much again till I get home.

I'm Back! I'm so glad I brought the laptop. I forgot that MIL's dvd's player is missing the remote control. I wouldn't have been able to select anything from the menu.

During the warm-up, I fumbled around a bit. Then I realized by the first combo that I NEVER previewed HIS!!!! If I did, I totally forgot! Safety first! I stopped and did LIS instead. Love that little step routine!

I really need to work my body! This doing what I want when I have time isn't working. I know. I say that all the time. But, now my abs and legs are looking a little jiggly. Come Monday, I'm starting some rotation. Haven't decided which yet.

Got everything on my to-do list accomplished today including shaving my legs. :) Let's see if I can finish/catch up on personals before I get some sleep. I haven't even finished reading ALL of yesterday's personals. So, I'll comment from what I can remember, comment on today's posts, and read yesterday's post after I post. Clear as mud?

Welcome Tess! You'll sure to get great advice from the XX Grads, X Grads, Someday X Grads, and Never Wanna Be X Grads.:+

TeddyGirl: You are so sweet!!! The other day, you made me feel just like Sally Fields when she won the Oscar. You like me! You really do like me! :) Thanks! It's so nice to hear kind words when least expected. Your son must feel the same way; coming home in his time of stress. I see you provided him some comfort food too!:9

Jeanette-X: Did you preview HIS first? LOL DARN! Time change. Well, thanks for the reminder!!! I once forgot to pick up eldest ds from preschool because I forgot to turn the clocks back. (I shouldn't be allowed to be a mother!) Those prison camps sound better than bootcamp! However, ds confided that he liked BC. Things that make me go hmmmm. Had I known, I could have made life a living hell for him earlier!}( ;) I hope you have a wonderful spa and pampering day with DS's GF. Buy some nice clothes and heels!!!! Yippee!!! I can't wait to go wireless too! Give the Captain a hug from me for agreeing!;-) You know Jeanette... With you extra income, you can send your parents to Thailand too! Heck, you can come with them! I know you're debt free, but could you find a little something somewhere and come soon? Say, Jan. 5th when my sister arrives. Ha-Ha

Debra-X: Did you tire yourself out today searching the candy for razors and poison? I can remember coming home from trick or treating, and having to relinquish my candy for parental inspection. Of course, they NEVER found anything. Must have been one of those urban myths they believed could happen to their child.:7 I liked that Cathe included some yoga in her rotation. It's not something I've notice her do before. Oh! The jean situation. SIGH! It's tough. Eldest dd is in the 25%. We can usually get away with slims. The twins are in the 10%, and it's a PAIN locating slim, skinny jeans that are long enough in the legs. Some styles of Gap slims and BubbleGum slim jeans (Macys sells) are about the only ones that will fit them. I usually buy LLBean daytime dresses or Gymboree dresses with leggings in order to avoid jean shopping. But, they're getting older and want to dress trendier instead of like cute little girls.x(

Laurie-XX: I think you'll do great with the 4DS! It reminds me a little of the X with a twist. You could always add a little sumpin sumpin if you get bored or not feeling worked enough.

Debra-X: OMW! I just noticed your MEEZ napping!!! ROFL:7

Traci-X: How awesome to hear you workout report today!!! See! You'll be back in full force before I get back to civilization!:p LOL, You must be feeling great to post before showering!!!!:7

Sandra-X or is it Ms. Martha Steward? Stencils! You are such a good mother! I bet you subscribe to Family Fun and do all the craft projects in there too!:+ My kids didn't go trick or treating. We did go to the mall at 3:30, and saw lots of teens outfitted Ho-ishly! Walking with their mothers! For real. I told eldest dd if she ever thought to wear a costume with a mini skirt so short you could see her uterus, I would beat her if her father hadn't beaten her first!!!!}( It's funny cuz it's TRUE!:p Oh! You should get your parents the book "Very Thai". It's such a funny look and examination at popular Thai pop culture. I'll be sure to point them to a safe place (away from my mother) if I find them wandering about the country.;) About the cancer, I have to wonder if it's the diet. Since the import of more processed foods, there has been a rise in the number of obese Thai youths. Generally, Thais are very thin. So, I'm thinking it's more with what you eat. I get full eating a higher volume of healthy foods containing less calories than processed foods. But, what do I know. I can't even follow the Good Housekeeping Grocery Store Diet!!!!:p :7

Amy: Just reading your gym workout makes me ache!!! I totally forgot I could hassle you for drugs! No worrys. Apparently, you do NOT need a prescription to buy drugs in Thailand!!!! Yep, just tell the pharmacist what you want or your symptoms, and buy them! Crazy huh!!!! OMW! I just realized I'm going to a country filled with Crazy Asians!!!! I'm glad you like the blog. I plan on updating as I can with pictures while there. There are some things y'all will have to see to believe!:7

Debra AGAIN! I hear ya! You are preaching to the choir lady! The only thing I can tell you is INC, JJill (sometimes), Bloomingdales (sales racks), and vintage. It seems like you have to spend a lot of money to find classic, stylish cuts in a size that fits. Sorry, it's the sad realities of life. ROFL on your dd's comment!!!! She's sooo funny!

Nicole-X: What new yoga dvd did you get? If it helps your back, stick with it! I want you fully recovered by the time I leave! That's an order!!!;-) MIL was all set to learn this highly involved spelling/phonics program UNTIL one of my twins started bawling! I could have DIED! Dd got so upset when I started correcting her spelling in front of MIL that she got a brain freeze and started tearing up. We had to take a break. During the break MIL started crying! She felt so bad for dd, and was nervous teaching her spelling. When we resumed, MIL was in the other room playing with eldest, and younger dd did FINE like she normally does! I called Phil and told him to add spelling onto his to-do list.sigh Dramatic Diva is too sensitive when it comes to spelling. Her co-twin is too sensitive when it comes to math. So, Phil is getting those subjects and MIL is getting English and History. Oh! I'll do my best to keep up with the blog! It'll probably cut in on my posting time here. But, I'll restrain myself from commenting too much and often. Is that possible? LOL

TG AGAIN! I can't believe you are jumping on the boob wagon! I mean Barry Bootcamp wagon!}( More power to you if you do it!!!! I'll be interested in hearing how your rotation gets laid out and how it works for you.

Carole-Soon to be X: Did y'all eat the edible jello cell or was it inedible? The licorice candy's dye oozed out into our jello. Did not look appetizing in the least. So, we didn't eat any of it! I think it turned into a weird mold-type science project by the time it got tossed. YUCK!

Amy-X: Sorry if I missed it. But, how was your zoo trip with your MIL? Did she wake up in time? Did she want to leave early? Dish!}(

Lea-X: Hope all is well in your Zen world! Are things back in balance after the Halloween festivities?

Cheryl: Hi there Jetsetter! Are you still enjoying your new Cathes?

Well ladies, it's 2 AM!!!! No time for edits. Yes, it takes me forever to read and type! Looks like I'm sleeping in!!!

Sweet Dreams!

Wendy

My third post for the evening and 5th post for the day! Read yesterday's post.

Nicole: I love Panera! What did you eat? Are you counting the minutes before Aaron comes home?

Amy-X: Yes, I have camped in the past; like 20-some years ago. No, I didn't like it! No, I have desire to sleep on the floor and wake up to non-DDCoffee. :p :7 Which is why Phil thinks it's hilarious that I'm spending 2 months in the jungle with the CA and a month with my sister! We're staying with family in a city in the Northeastern region of the country. That will be our homebase. From there, we'll visit my grandfather and other relatives in the rural village (remote farmland surrounded by jungle and ancient Khmer Ruins). We'll also venture south to Phuket, the island devastated by the tsunami. It's recovered now. Sometime, we'll head north to Chiang Mai to hike mountains and check out some hill tribes. If I see any bewildered CC's (Crazy Canadians) in Phuket or Chiang Mai, it'll be Sandra's parents. We'll do some beaches on the gulf side and Bangkok. Other than that, I have no idea what the CA has in store for me. What's that you're doing? Finding an atlas?:7 ;)

Okay! Remind me to tell y'all what I did today concerning the postman. When will I ever grow up? And, I'm not even hormonal. Really, I'm not! :p

Good night for real!
Wendy
