Morning to all! Hope workouts, coffee, family time etc... is off to a great start!
I woke up so happy that I made myself get in a workout last night! I think following Tony really gave me a sense of what sticking to a rotation plan feels like in terms of accomplishment. Its a great feeling for me. I so enjoyed working out with Tony again too. He was really funny in spots in Sweat 5/6 right up until last 1 sec of stretch. He is just adorable! I will be very excited to do another X round down the road and am very happy I bought Master Series so I can still get my fix every few days.
Today is GS Chest & Triceps + Ab work + 45 minutes of KickMax
Extra Tricep work to be from SH today.

SANDRA* I feel your energy thru that post yesterday! I am so happy for you and all you have accomplished and achieved this past week! Its so motivating for me to see you always bounce back from mental/physical slumps that are a natural part of a rotation like this. You are one tough lady! Had to LOL at your warmup tho... it sounded like my cardio workouts this week. Although I am enjoying the cardio on most days I still need to be careful not to do lengthy ones... Dont want to burn away my muscles as FitnessFreak always says! I love how you look at your week* Mon-Wed= tough Thur-Sun is fun. I bet that makes each week a little more mentally do-able! Wide Leg Sit Ups + Unassisted Chins??? ^^^^^^^^5!!!!!!! Picking up your DD must feel like nothin' anymore! Have a great singles weekend!
Thank you for the tricep tip... Did it HAVE to be dips? FYI: My plank work is just so much more impressive these days... I owe that one 100% to your 1000.00 Planks! You should write a book all about this stuff!
:7 TRACY-X* How ya feeling this morning? Hope you made yourself a wondeful dinner & got a great nights rest. Mornings are so wonderful I think... We get to "do our best & forget the rest!" in terms of nutrition etc...
:7 DEBRA* Forgot to ask last night... How in the world did you add even more Mason Twists? Did you go into the Mason Zone??? LOL How are those obliques today?
:7 Lea* You seem to have gone from zero-100 overnight! What a wonderful recovery you've made! HOORAY!!! Drill Max right out of the gate of being sick? Oh my oh my! I love DM!!!! The time just flys for me and all the premixes are superb! Enjoy Yoga today! Again, I am so happy you have bounced back to your old self.. I can feel Healthy Lea thru your posts.
