Xers ~Pump it Up~ FRIDAY

Cheryl: I hope I caught you before you left! Enjoy your weekend with family. Good for you for sticking with your workouts! Don't fret about your eating. We all do the best we can. At least, you're showing up to push play!

Amy: I saw that you're getting to Jersey a day earlier. Jenn and I decided not to get there Friday morning. I'm not a morning person. I think we'd have to leave extra early and drive through rush hour in order to make the Friday morning class. Are you rooming with Gayle Thursday night? If so, keep the bed warm for me. Jenn and I are rooming with her and her friend Friday and Saturday night. Decided we could use the money saved from having two extra roomies on Cathe products!:)

Sandra-X: LOLOLOLOL When I did the floorwork yesterday, I thought it was a defunct dvd. I was going to call SNM today and ask them if I could get a replacement!!!!!!:7 OMW! It's supposed to be that way!?!?!! LOL I told you! She's evil!!!}( I can't believe you did it the second time!!! Are you on drugs? If so, can I have what you're taking?:+ I quickly found the skip button on the remote! I was barely able to finish round 1 on the floor! Best wishes with your research project. You're doing a good service to those who don't have a voice! I want to be like you all when I grow up!:*

Well, I decided to incorporate Imax2 and Cardio Fusion into my week. I think I'll take out LIC for one of them and add one onto Sunday's L&B day. Crazy! I know.

Have a great day ladies!
Wendy

I received my new balance shoes in the mail. I absolutely love them. It's official I have everything I need. I may have to go and wo this pm to see how they perform.

Wendy- you are one lucky gal. Were you flashing your beautiful smile and flexing body parts while talking to the officer? Way too funny but what a relief no ticket. Get to the computer and make those updates to your personal life please. We don't want you going to jail in 24 hrs.:D I was ROFL with your Civic holiday. I work Mon.

TG - Thank you for the compliment regarding me in red. Take care of yourself girl! Lay down and rest out this ache dear.:)

Debra- go for the bike computer! I returned a Trek computer DH got me for mother's day. I like my old Vetta computer it has the temperature and time. Love it!:+ What type of bike are you riding?

Netta - Napping v newsletter? Hmmmm. Nap? Right! }( DH and I are on the board of the local rail trail. We dropped out of the newsletter thing. It sucked up so much time. I'm doing database and mailings. He does the graphics for all the PR, member cards, medals for the marathon, t-shirts, etc. The GT was a present from DH. I real deal - $2,000 original price sold to him by a woman at work for $200. It was a present from her old BF and never rode. Her loss my gain.Golfing. DH and I dream of exercise in retirement. I would love to start now - you are so right it's a real time consumer. What a lucky gal you can fit it in now. :7 How do you do it? Have fun. HB to DH! Have fun at camp!!!! :p

Cheryl - Have a fun and enjoyable trip to Boise. :7

Traci-X - yesterdays Q - first thing I'll do when I get there? My Answer - Go find the potty (of course!):7 You find the coolest links. Thanks for sharing. I'll be thinking of you and your friend next week. :) Miss you this weekend - enjoy your bay trip!:7

SandraX - I specifically avoid B&G Floorwork & abs because of that reason. 2x is soooooo hard! I want to scream on that one. Congrats your did it! You are a far better woman than I! What? no packing? No wearing shorts? If you can do that wo you deserve to wear shorts.:7 I completely forgot about the towel thing. I did buy one of those microfiber towel thingies. Could I use it in place of a number of smaller cotton towels?

I am now going to bribe DD with 5 cents per outfit to have a fashion show of last years school clothing. This will get us through to see what she needs without the moaning. Wish me luck!:D

Ta Ta girls for now!:* Mwah!

RE: Traci's link of P90X pics

First of all, let me say...these women MUST be following the eating plan to a T (good for them!) and their progress pics are great! With that being said...let me move on to some more catty comments!

Did anyone count how many tattoos they had between the 2 of them?? I would bet there are at least a dozen!

And Traci, my dear, the reason your 30 day pics didn't look as good is because you started off looking WAY better...Bless their hearts!

Okay..enough meanness out of me today...DH and I had a bit of a tiff this morning and kind of put a foul spin on my outlook today!...LOL! Forgive me, you lovely ladies!

Those premixes broke me down (emotionally, finacially, and soon to be physically). I finally preordered Cathe's new workouts!:7 :7 :7

Hey, gang, Just a hit-n-run before I have to get the workout done and off to work!

I think that I will forego the HIIT session today and to cardio from BM2. I have been thinking and hearing the music from that workout in my head for a couple of days, so I'm looking forward to it!

May 07' Premix Rotation

KPC "Cardio Conditioning" Premix (37 min) & KPC Stability Ball Abs

Got to the beach today and got a little sun burned but had a fun time. I am not a huge fan but the boys like it a lot:) We have a firend and his girlfriend coming for dinner so I am ruching around cleaning and cooking. DH went to the store so I am sneaking in real quick so you all don't forget about me:D
I know you're all thinking, how much can one girl clean? I have 3 boys:p

Hi ladies,
Thought I'd get on again as we didn't leave to go camping tonite. Will leave in the morning and my computer time might be more limited then. Think I have Cardio & Compound Weights only premix in the morning.

Swifty, how nice to get to talk to your girlfriend about the roadtrip. You are so fortunate to get to go. I wish Cathe had something out here on the west coast, but I'm so happy for all of you that will be going. We will be wanting to know all the details and fun stuff, everything! You are so smart to be taking it a bit easier before the RT. I have Susan Harris and FYC. I like all of those workouts that were released by TLT. So exciting to get the new shoes. Have you tried them out yet? Hope they fit like a glove. I am tired of doing the newsletter already and I've only put out 6 issues. Have to finish up the year and then no more. It's hard to come up with material that is interesting. Not sure I can fit in the golf on a regular basis. I'll just take it easy. You know, making some nice drives would probably hook me. Right now, I'm not even hitting the ball square so it doesn't sail up in the air. More like line drives in baseball. Not the way it's supposed to be.

Debra, know you are having the best time with your BFF. By the way, what does BFF mean? I think Best Friend something. I buy stuff from Performance Bike. They are great. A bike club sounds like fun. Our little club here in town is struggling. Not sure we will be in existence next year, though we will all still get together and ride. It is really fun for me to ride with a group. You will do just fine. The golfing took a long time last night (almost 3 hours) for 9 holes. Someone told me today that when you are better it will take around 1 1/2 hours for that course. Hope you and your DH are over your little spat. I hate spats.

Traci, your DH's best use of 3 hours for golf is probably 18 holes, not 9 like we did. I'm still debating whether I want to pursue it with the time commitment necessary. I think I will try to go hit some balls next week if I have time. Will miss you this weekend, but then again, I'll be gone too so won't be on the computer either.

Cheryl, hope you have a great time in Boise this weekend with family. Our DS went to a Lineman school in Meridian. I liked it around Boise.

Wendy, you made me laugh about the State Trooper. So glad you didn't get a ticket. I got off about 7 months ago too for speeding. I was so nervous that when he asked to see my driver's license, I couldn't get it out of my wallet (it was stuck) and handed the whole wallet to him. Meanwhile, Tillie was sitting on my left shoulder and barking her little head off at the nice officer. No generator coming on this trip to the woods. Just the tent, camp stove, sleeping bags and pads, table, water and beer and diet Snapple (my new vice). Think we are having canned chili beans and cut up turkey dogs with grated cheese on top for dinner tomorrow night. DH BBQ'd some pork ribs that we'll probably snack on during the day. My good eating goes all to he** during these outings. Another thing we snack on during our Rhino rides is salami and cheese. Yep, I'm bad to the bone AND the laziest Xer that Tony ever flexed to. The tiling project is so close to being done, just need to seal the grout. It really turned out nicer than I dreamed it would. The garage door is WONDERFUL. No more thinking the whole thing was going to fall down on top of me while I dragged it down. How is your kitchen coming? Is it done yet? Almost done? I'm getting excited about Cathe's new workouts. Hey, it'd be fun to be doing a rotation together, wouldn't it?

Sandra, hope you enjoy your long weekend. Don't think we get another one until Labor Day in September. You must have done some B&G premix torture thing. I remember doing one that repeated, it was tough. LOL re: butt and hips being numb! Know the feeling.

Nicole, I sneak onto the computer when DH goes to the store too LOL! I don't want DH to think that the computer is all I ever do. All he has to do is look at the condition of the house and he knows LOL!! He rarely complains. Hope the dinner tonite was nice with your friend and his GF. KPC was good for me yesterday too (think that's when I did it). I did do L&G today like a good girl, though it was a slightly shorter premix. Hope to get in C&W tomorrow before leaving to go camping. Guess I'd better rise and shine early like!
