Hi all, just thought I'd check the board again. My massage was very, very relaxing tonite. Loved it, as usual. Once, last summer, after a massage, I was soooo relaxed that I ran a stop sign right in front of a policeman. He just threw his arms up in the air like, "are you crazy, lady?". I guess I was DWR - Driving While Relaxed. No ticket that time.
Gayle, sounds like your weekend was wonderful. You are a great daughter to be looking after your parents. Mine are in good health, but there will come a day, I'm sure. I hope I can be as thoughtful as you are. So far, I've done AbX as written and not deviated, but I don't think there would be any harm in changing it a bit. Hope you enjoyed your cleaning time. Don't think I've ever enjoyed it at all.
Traci, if I wake up and then go back to sleep, I sleep like the dead or have really bad dreams. What were you pondering? I've been getting massages about every 4-6 weeks, started a couple years ago, treating myself after really long, hard organized bike rides. Now I do it without feeling guilty or even having to have an occasion. However, my massage lady is quitting the massage stuff for a while and is moving to another town. I'm pondering about finding someone else. I really enjoy the pampering and relaxation of it all.
Debra, hope you get your Bryan Kest yoga DVD's soon. I really like his workouts and what he says. I have a hard time with 90 minutes of anything, let alone YogaX.
Lea, I really struggled through the massage LOL, somehow hanging in there. Sorry your team lost and sorry for the little beer hangover. Wine almost always gives me a headache. Haven't had any for a long time. My mom and I made a couple batches of wine about 5 years ago. It wasn't too bad, though light years from award winning. I think I just enjoyed the time making it and talking about it with my mom. Then drinking it was fun too. Yep, I was happy to ride with my biker friends. This week the weather will be cold, cold, cold so don't know if it will be too much to ride. 30 degrees on up is okay, below that, hmmmm, not for long anyway.
Sandra, sounds like you really brought it good with KenpoX and the weighted gloves. I like it when Tony says "KenpoX" all mysterious like. He does crack me up. Good for you for putting your resolve first. What I really need to do is paint the kitchen, living room, family room and hall. I'm having a hard time resolving very much right now. How did C-S-T go today?
Well, have PlyoX tomorrow, along with a bunch of us. Let's all send out the good, energizing vibes to each other. Maybe I will actually get my feet off the ground for the rock star hoppity thingies.
