My overall goal is to lose another 5-10 lbs. I have lost about 7-9 lbs (depending on the day) since October. I had some set backs with the holidays and a crazy work schedule. For weight loss the goal is clean eating, in particular cutting back on starchy carbs, incorporating more fruits and veggies and eliminating late night snacking.

My fitness goals are to reduce the size of my quads by emphasizing more glute focused lower body exercises. In addition to this my goal is to work on flexibility by doing yoga at least once a week. I feel my upper body has enough muscle so I will just work to maintain that by more barre type/body weight exercises for upper body and then doing traditional strength training like the RWH upper body workouts every 2 weeks or so.

My fitness goal is to stay at my peak of health by listening to my body. This means mental as well as physical, and it means having fun while I'm doing it! There are no measurements involved, but there will be lots of experimentation, adjustments, and plain old playing around. There are lots of women on this forum who are still going strong in their 60s, and I intend to be one of them.

I would like to lose at least 10 lbs that I have packed on over the past year. I know there were multiple things that played into that gain. Otherwise, I would at least to maintain my upper body strength. If I increase it, I'd be completely fine with that. Would like to start doing more leg barre work. If I lift heavy with my legs they bulk up pretty easy. My legs are big enough the way it is. Other than, continue working on being the healthiest "me" I can be. ;)

To not listen to my body, my body is a bad influence. It's a lot like Rudy Mettia, in personality, not like, actually like him. When it says go, go, go....I gotta be like whoa, whoa , whoa... I would like to not over do it (again) in 2016. Then there's that 10 lbs (it's really 15 now, whoops) & Run!

My goal is to gain back some of the muscle , definition and strength I lost after my last injury and create balanced strength throughout, sort of injury prevention :) I'm going strong and coming back, I vowed to stay out of that MRI room this year!!! I WILL be one of those ladies going strong into my 60's and 70's and beyond!

My goal is to lose bodyfat this year. I don't care what I weigh, only that I reduce my bodyfat (so if I gain muscle and weigh the same, I'm ok with it). :)
