Sorry I didn't get back today girls
It is so mentally and physically draining to have sick boys at home all day. I am pooped! I hope they are feeling better tomorrow but I think I will have my #2 & #3 boys home tomorrow again. I am just exhausted! At least I don't have it too like some of you.
I did Upper Body Plus this morning and really pushed myself. It felt good and I hope I can do it again tomorrow with Kenpo+.
