X-Treme Biking?

Have any of you taken this class? Here is a link to what it is:

It looks like fun but I don't know if I"m up to it. I can't complete an IMAX and this is supposedly pretty intense . . but it is only 30 minutes.

I'd love to hear your experiences on it. Since I don't belong to the gym it would be $7 to take the class.

Haven't taken the class, but as an avid mountain biker I would love to test that bike! They are right in that the handlebars do not move like a mountain bike does on a traditional spin bike. To have that move would be sooo cool.

Now, remember, in any spin class, even this one, you can go as hard or as easy as you want. I think if you have ever taken a spin class, this one should be doable. But I would love to hear from anyone who has taken this class.
