Well meeting was a bit shorter than expected .. still 7 hours is a LOOOOOONG meeting!!!

but I made my merchandise losses goal and got some extra incentive money

I am happy!! But lunch .. it was catered .. but ...

.. ready for this: FRIED chicken - roasted chkn - mashed potatoes - home made mac and cheese - collard greens - FRIED cornbread - candied yams - and apple cobbler!!



WTH??? OH my .. I did opt for roasted chckn .. but got the taters and mac and cheese .. and 2 small peices of yams .. OK .. FAT - CARB - SALTand SUGAR overload at lunch .. one hour after I ate .. OUCHIE .. my tummy started rebelling . . not fun to be in a meeting and be that uncomfortable ...

... I will spare you the details but I am just now feeling better!!
I feel like a bloated slug now!!!
poor .. pooor .. poooooor class!! Although I may do super step cardio and forego the bouncing plyos due to the tummy issues!!

Ang - I WISH I could bring an ipod to the meetings .. NO WAY .. we have "interactive" meetings .. the ones where they ask us to answer questions .. make suggestions .. sometimes play stupid "working together" games .. ugh .. if you get caught goofing off .. or not paying attention they will make everyone aware of it .. lol!!! I got so sleepy at one point I actually got a full blown COKE .. yes a cocacola.. WOW..

Di .. once you stop the sugar intake it will get easier and easier .. then you wont crave it .. well except for TTOM ... all bets are off then .. then you can consider it medicinal!! LOL congrats to Jerod on taking on a new sport .. wrestling is a good sport .. lots of strength, agility, and smarts used there .. he will really need to concentrate on UB and LB and CORE strength .. b/c think it is an ALL body .. tuff to the bone kinda activity!! he will do good!!

My team plays tonight ??? ... they finally picked a starting QB .. not a rotating one .. this game will be his first STARTING game.. he was the JR alternate .. but his main problem is thinking quickly on his feet .. he is strong . . and throws good and RUNS hard and takes hits good .. but his throws have been inconstistant at best .. so tonight will be interesting ..
