Hi Ladies,

I just got back from visiting my granddaughters in Oregon. I hope to post pics tonight.

I need to kick it into high gear since I haven't worked out in almost a week. This morning I'm up early and have plenty of time for Bodymax (original)!!

Hope everyone is hangin' tough with the X. I know Wendy's 18 miler is this weekend!!

Good afternoon girls!

Where is everyone today? Maybe nobody has any workout to report like me :D ? Thought I was hitting snooze when the alarm went off this morning, but hit off instead. Duh. Now I have to get something in after work. Seeing the kids are with their dad tonight, I'll likely go out for a run.

Diana, Welcome back! Hope you had fun with the kids!

Wendy, I do have some Jari. I have her Slim and Lean and Ripped to the Core. I like them when I first got them, and you've inspired me to take them out again. I have so many dvds that I don't know what I have anymore.

Gotta go pick the little guy up shortly and then perhaps I can get in an upper body work out while he sleeps. I'm also thinking of a short run when DH gets home. I really DO need to test out the knee before Sunday!:eek:

Hi ladies,

I didn't have time for abs this morning so I made those up at lunch. I also ran sprints at the rec ctr, did 10 minutes of intervals on the elliptical, back to running sprints, then ab work, running, sprints....and now my legs feel like jello. I walked the width and ran the length of the indoor running track. The workout took about 50 minutes and I am beat!

Wendy-are you ready for your 18 miler??? I know you've been training hard for this missy. Did you hurt your knee? I certainly hope it feels good enough to run on Sunday.

Jen-your post made me smile. My DH gets up really early so I don't have to set an alarm. I hate being waken up by an alarm. I don't do Jari Love, I actually gave mine to Angie. Not sure if she's tried them or not, but they remind of the slim series...which I can't stand.

Wow - sure is quiet in here today.....

I did finally decide to get yogaX out of the way.:confused: Now that leaves Saturday free for whateva..:D If the weathers nice I may opt for a run since I haven't been out there in a while. Tomorrow will be an early CoreSyn since the boys will be home at noon and then off to town for their annual physicals. Cody starts basketball next week so soon there will be B-ball games to go to.:)

Nope, I haven't tried the Jari Love DVD's yet. Hmmmmm....could do that on Saturday too.

Jen - So didya do the run?
I hit the off button last week too. I luckily only slept in for another half hour. I guess that's one good thing about being my own boss.....at least I know I won't get into trouble for going in late.:p

Wendy - Thanks for the reminder about Cathy. I was gonna email her last night and just ran out of time. I'm gonna go and email her right now so I don't miss her.
Any workout yet?

Hey all.

Back from my 3 miler. Knee felt pretty good but I could tell it wasn't PERFECT. It should be okay through the race...I HOPE....since my plan is NOT to run it fast! *crosses fingers* Perhaps I should go to Church on Sunday just incase. ;)

Making dinner for the boys. Just wanted to pop in quickly while I had a minute.
