Greetings~ what day of week does new thread start?

Steph, how is keeping track of eating going? I am complete newbie to STS and haven't started lurking yet, so all info will be helpful and easier to absorb a little at a time since I am not anxious to start it yet. Are you going back to work this week? RE me being student or teacher did you mean dance or school? I am sort of both in both, lol. I'm supplemental instructor in alg and chem at college and sometimes teach beginner bellydance. I'm taking two classes this semester and two ongoing dance classes.

Barb, are you out there, how goes?

Food wise I did OK yest. but I don't think I will lose much if I go past the 29 pts and use the weekly allowance. I have a 10 pd bag of broccoli sprouts, lets see how creative I can be to use them up. Yesterday I put them on my egg salad bagel thin sandwich and in a salad.

Yest. I did Drill Max and Core from LIS. This week I plan to go thru 4DS again.

Did I hit my word limit yet? Have a great Sunday and Hi to all. : )

Jody I still here. I just forgot to post yesterday. Wow that is a lot of broccoli you have.

Yesterday workout was CLX Burn Intervals. I am really liking CLX. Today I just did STS abs yoga. Wow I worked my abs 5 times this week.
