WW's AUGUST: Week of Aug. 29th

Good Morning.

I did BR Bad Girl Work Out dated 9/5 this morning:

Hi Knees with Jump Rope (I didn't use a rope here)
Sandbag Squats (I used 2 fifteen pound kb's instead)
Knee Raises on Dip Station (hello kitchen chairs!)

It was an 18 minute work out. 18 rounds of 10 rest/50 work. Each exercise gets done 6x. Good stuff.

Off to make lunch and get to work.

Today i am not sure...soon my official rest week is going to end and i am hitting sts meso 2 full blast trying to keep up with my 6x a week schedule...we shall see...i am also going to try and pyramid down with the other check in gals..

Food wise...
same old same old...but have been totally great all week...can't wait til monday when i weigh myself...my big problem is if i weigh myself before the weekend and it is a great weight then i cheat on the weekend:eek:
soooo i am trying to out psyche myself! ahah!

Good morning everyone. I slept horrible last night, I guess it has to do with the afternoon nap I took yesterday. Too much sleep. Now I am feeling tired.

Today workout was CLX Push circuit 3 and Cathe's All Step. I really like All Step. A little confusing at first but I just make my own step routine where I don't know how to do it.

Hello Everyone!!

I'm beginning to feel a little better(allergies), so far today I did upper body premix of High Reps. The last 2 days I've been doing HIIT on the rebounder, didn't feel up to doing it on the floor, will probably do the same for cardio today. I've been sticking to my point limit pretty well.

Barb, hope you slept better last night!

Wendy, you are like the energizer bunny!!

Steph, rest is always good, hope your new strategy works!!

Very late check in for me so it's going to be fast.... Here's what I did this morning using the manmakers x3 from The Kettlebell Way Empire State dvd....

50 jumping jacks (1 min)
manmaker series(3 different exercises repeated for 2 mins each with 30 sec rest btwn each)
50 jumping jacks(1 min) followed by 1 min rest
manmaker series (same as above)
50 jumping jacks (same as above)
manmaker series (same as above)
50 jumping jacks (same as above)

Whole thing took about 30 mins and kicked my butt!!! KB weight varied btwn 15, 20 and 30#....I'm gonna be feelin' this one tmrw!:eek::eek::eek:

I didn't workout this whole weekend and once again ate horrible. I am starting fresh tomorrow. I know the scale will not be happy.
 
Good Evening.

My work out today ended up being done in 2 parts-morning and then late afternoon. Did most of one of the work outs from Kettlebell BootCamp in the morning but got interrupted so I went to finish later on and ended up adding on the 2nd work out on the disc too. They are 20 mins each so it wasn't some crazy over done routine that way. Hadn't done these in ages and I am now wondering why not. They are awesome!:D

Barb:: Shake it off and start fresh tmrw like you said! You'll be fine. We've all been there.
