Hello Everyone!!
I'm beginning to feel a little better(allergies), so far today I did upper body premix of High Reps. The last 2 days I've been doing HIIT on the rebounder, didn't feel up to doing it on the floor, will probably do the same for cardio today. I've been sticking to my point limit pretty well.
