OK, now I am LOL, picturing a couple of guys in black ski masks, covertly scuttling about the house, seeing Butts and Gutts and suddenly squealing with delight. Then they go home, take off robber clothes and pull out bands and fitness balls and proceed with firewalkers, etc. I am so sorry. They couldn't have gone for the china? UGH! Hopefully the universe will pay them back.

I have some major DOMs from yesterday's KCM's workout.

Today I didnt count points, today was my cheat meal day. Tomorrow it's right back to it, and hoping to be able to find some healthy food choices along the way while on vacation!

Weight today was 129.2
 
Well I am having 2 glasses of wine and still hit my goal of 29 DP. Today I was just not hungry. Wish I was like that every day. I haven't had wine in 2 weeks so I guess this is a cheat for me.
 
Hi all
Well yesterday and today were my cheat days for the next month! I don't know how people travel and watch what they eat! Its not that there aren't healthy choices...it just your so darned BORED waiting for the planes and connections you hit the crap!

At least yesterday I managed to get a HIIT before leaving...today I just got back and am fried from the doctors visits and travelling....not even going to attempot the scale as i ate awful and got my period...i can imagine myself taking the nasty scale and throwing it at the window if I happened to step on it tomorrow AM...

So the plan is drink enough water to sustain a camel in the desert tomorrow and hit the sts chest and legs from week 2 and attempt the scale friday or maybe saturday;)

Alee: I was laughing my head off imagining the fitness robbers...(i know being robbed has got to be the suckiest feeling around...but imagining them in spandex...welll...)

Stacy: gotta love the doms...make you feel like something is working!

Faith: you have one wicked sense of humor...i love it!
 
Allee, your clothes, too? You really were violated. I had home(s) broken into yrs ago. They took video games, lingerie, knick knacks like Garfield stuff. Bad enough to have things stolen, but imagining someone rifling through your drawers and making judgement on your personal items. ::shakes head:: Good luck working thru it. sx.

Steph, I hear ya on travel and food and w/o. I'm planning on rising to the challenge next week w/ school and work starting up. :::whistles hopefully::: LOL to cheat days for the next month!

Everyone seems to be doing pretty good on weigh ins and work outs. I gotta say, I haven't lost in a month, which is about how long I have been diligently trying to do WW! I keep going over on points. I am going to take a few days off of counting and see how I do if I just focus on eating clean. I may go back to old point system.

Today I did Cardio and Wts for first time, including abs. I was supposed to do BI TRI from 4DS, but I think those parts were intense enough from CW to count. Pretty fun work out, I look forward to doing it again.
 
Good morning everyone. Today's workout was Turbo Fire 55. This was so much fun. I might have to order the rest of the DVDs. Did anyone else order the rest and how is it?

Steph I would also wait to weigh yourself too. Your doing good though:)
 
Hello All!!

Barb, I bought TF set with the extra as dvds soon as they were released. I use all the cardio, the HIITs & the ab workouts, love them all. I haven't used the weight workouts, I usually use Cathe for that.
 
Faith:

I have such a hard time myself with the points. I actually gained a pound the first week..I don't really use the points that much. I find if you eat a lot of fruit and veggies to begin with (which i do..) that having them not count for anything..well... what i do is enter my meals and try to stay within a certain calorie range. I do still belong to the site and check out all the recipes. When i am into my routine i want to start making all the yummy soups..its just hard in the summer to want to eat hot soup!

Today: STS chest and plyo legs..i was fried by the end of plyo legs btw:) today i got bob harpers totally ripped core and am thinking of giving it a try tomorrow.

So far i have been eating healthy today and have drank tons of water..

pace and wiggie: It seems like we all love TF! I find it the perfect workout when you don't totally feel into it..she is so chirpy and happy it just seems to pick me up!
 
I thought I posted, but I dont see my post! Short version....at work for 10 hrs, got home after 7:30pm, never had time for much of a lunch. Was planning on upper body and abs when I got home, but opted for dinner and laundry. We're leaving for vacation early Saturday morning and I'm working late tomorrow and I still havent packed! So in case I dont post tomorrow, I'll "see" you all in about a week! I hope my scale isnt "broken" when I return!!

P.S. I did a brisk 3 mile walk, varying the inclines from 0 to 7 degrees, on the treadmill this morning before work.
 
ha ha ha, Stacy I found your post! : D It is in the ask cathe forum under a question I posted. My prolific number of postings in various threads have lead you astray, lol. I hope you have a great trip, enjoy, stay as sane as you care to~ We will surely be here when you get back.

Wiggie thanks for the info on the advanced DVDs. I placed my order yesterday and can't wait to try them.

Today's workout was CLX Burn Circuit 3, TurboFire HiiT 20, and CLX ab burner. Now I feel great:).

I stayed at my 29 DP yesterday so my goal was met. Let's see how today goes.

I like your affirmations, Barb. I've noticed that before, that you really enjoy the afterglow of a great work out. Kinda like Wendy's Take That attitude when she does a soaker.

Meal wise I've had Fruit and protein shake, jumbo salad,two HB eggs and fruit and yogurt with an extremely generous portion of mini mms mixed in.

I completed KB this morning, except slacking off at end w/ punches. First time I've done a whole KB workout.

Is CLX the Chalean workouts from TV informercials? You guys seem to really get a lot out of them.

Jody I really do enjoy the after glow of working out. I am doing a 12 week challenges over at facebook, so I am working hard on this:)

Good morning everyone. Well I went up 5 DP yesterday bringing my DP at 34. I had a glass of wine. I did stay at 29 for 4 days which is great for me. Let's see what today brings. We usually get take out on Saturday so it might be over again.

Today's workout was Cathe's Intensity and I burned 548 calories. This wasn't as hard as it was before I did this. I guess I had some good energy. Have a great day everyone.
