WW Core Drink Shake

According to WW, the only drink/shake mix you can use as core (only once a day) is either their product, or Alba. I realize Slimfast has too much sugar. How about something like Myoplex Lite? Do you think I could use that once a day as core?

Hi Kim,
I was also on core, I switched my plan to flex. I know slimfast has a low sugar shake now. I don't know if that will work. I have drank myoplex lite and I can not remember the grams of sugar. Maybe the website will have a nutritional breakdown.

Hi Lori. It has next to nothing.....I think I will have one later and count it as core. It's not like I drink them all the time or will abuse it. At least that is why my leader said some things are not core because people will abuse it.
