WW Activity Points, and GS Series

I was wondering for the UB workouts, do you count them as high intensity, or moderate?? If I do a LB workout, I count it as high, because the klargest muscle group of the body is being used, but if I do UB, I count it as moderate. Sometimes, it just still does not feel like enough. How do you guys count it??

Hi Lori,

I did the Flex Plan last year, and I counted Upper Body as Moderate, Standing Lower Body and Cardio as High, and Stretching, Yoga, and Floor Leg Work as Low.
