wt training/ cardio advice

i want to alternate weight training and cardio. i have looked through your catalog and your site and even these postings but i still need help. i want to choose one of your videos that i can combine with your slow and heavy series. i really liked the drill max or the low impact circuit. i was thinking of doing one section of slow and heavy ex chest/ back and then the next day do drill max and then alternate this again......with like legs/ shoulders and then drill max the next........
would this be too little recovery time or would you suggest do the drill max but dont work the parts i used the previous day in slow/ heavy?????
i also am not sure if my goals would be better accomplished if i waited for your 4 day split......what will this video consist of??????????
i am drawn to the drill max primarily because of the functional fitness aspect.

i have watched all of the videos clips and they are awesome.....your crew is the best and your body.........what can i say!!!!!!!! inspirational.......
 
Not Cathe here, but I think you'll find lot of info. about the 4 day split series in the Blog. (you'll see in the homepage) They have a HUGE amount of info. posted about each workout in the series so you can see if it's right for you. Also, the Rotations forum has excellent advice about how to incorporate different workouts for your desired goals/results. Cathe's rotations and Fitness Freaks are in here. You can also post questions there--lots of very knowledgeable people who love to help! Good luck--

thanks for the advice . new to the site and definitely not a computer expert either.....no blogg chick here........just a surfer who needs to beef up but remain flexible. i will check out your advice / and look at the website menu more closely. and you are right about the answer......CHOCOLATE........siiiiiiiiiiighhhhhh
