Wrist pain w/Yoga Based Abs

Hi Cathe...I am soooo thrilled with the new abs circuit CD. I have some low back issues, that make some of your past ab workouts painful for me. I love the Yoga based abs, but I am finding that I can't finish some of the planks due to some really sore wrists. Do you (or anyone) have suggestions to help alleviate the pain while performing the exercises?

Use your fists... push-up bars... dumbbells... or stop and rest as needed. Some find wearing weightlifting gloves to help support the wrist alleviates pain... or you might try finding some of the yoga wrist lifts (all different types) by searching the net.
