Hi Cathe...I am soooo thrilled with the new abs circuit CD. I have some low back issues, that make some of your past ab workouts painful for me. I love the Yoga based abs, but I am finding that I can't finish some of the planks due to some really sore wrists. Do you (or anyone) have suggestions to help alleviate the pain while performing the exercises?
