You mean Cathe is heading for 42 and looks as great as she does.
Guess i missed something . I thought she just turned 40.
I am now truely inspired.
You know i has never heard of Cathe till i was on vacation this summer and saw hwer on fit tv.
I don't usually have time to watch it in the morn. I am usually working out at 8 or heading to work.
This was probably the best thing i could have done to see her and order my 1st set of tapes in August.
After doing my 1st gym style it was like aweeee.Now i have almost all of them.
The firm is nothing compared to this.
I can now do that pike on the ball. Almost killed myself the 1st time.
And i love reading the posts on this site.
As far as for fitness ? and sometimes just to vent.

She does look great doesn't she?
When I was growing up, people didn't take care of themselves like they do now (or atleast where i am from) they didn't spend money on themselves, it was all about saving and money for your family.
I think the times have changed and we have come to realize that we work hard and we should also benefit from this.
So yes, when I was growing up I thought 40 looked like 70 does now.But I know alot of 40 + yr olds in this town and on this site that look awesome and me being only 27 yrs, gives me something to work towards and look forward to.
