I just finished with Leaner Legs and what a great leg workout that is!! I don't have a 35lb barbell unforunately(or is that fortunately?), so I started with my 15lb dumbells(they equal 30lbs, right?) well once Cathe got started on those low end reps, I switched to my 15lb bodybar and believe me I still felt it!! What a wimp I am!! I'm going to plead to being pre exhausted because I had to teach a Body Pump class today. OK, OK, it was at 10:00 this morning but I have to have some excuse, right
? Anyway, I'm going to incorprate(sp?) those low ends into my class!! I love sit-n-stands, but those seemed sooo easy compared to the low ends. I also loved how much Cathe did dead lifts and calf raises. What an excellent tape!!!!
