Wow! I just did power hour.

Guess what girls, I just did power hour and it kicked my butt! The past three months I have been doing just floor legs. Well I think I will be doing total body three times a week. I just need something different. Well anyway, my legs were shaking on her warmup. I knew I was in for it. My legs are so weak they were shaking big time. When she was doing singles on squats I continued doing the two two count. My foot seemed to do okay although I am scared of doing lunges due to the position you back foot has to be.


Just wanted to let you know that Power Hour kicked major butt!!!

Yup, Kim, I've been doing PH for about a week or two now, and it is a butt-kicker. I love the low ends on the exercises because I can keep my weight fairly light and still know without a doubt that my muscles got worked! This is particularly true for squats, where I often need a spotter. With PH, no spotter needed! :D
 
I picked up Power Hour on the roadtrip....I plan on trying it out as soon as I am done with this rotation.
