WOW!!again Disc 23

tough workout. didn't feel it til i did cardio today and my hip flexors were screamin' at me. i love STS.
what is everyone doing for meso 3? i'm not sure which one i want to do. the plyo legs looks killer.

I had plan to do low max premix 1 and disc 23 this morning, but left my DVD at work. I am so glad that plan didn't pan out. After doing disc 23, I now know that I would not have been able to do both. Those low end lunges are no joke.

I have just started view M3.
 
hi jo ann, which legs are you gonna do in meso 3? i want to do both of them. not sure what to do.

Oh goodness. That's just a couple days away. I was sore for 3 days from the last leg workout. AGAIN?????? Oh man. (okay, I really love it, but it's fun to complain)
 
I am going to try to alternate between the two. I am changing my schedule to Sun Tue & Thurs so I may add the squat rack option using the vest to my Sat workout.
 
i want to try and do them both too, but i wonder if that is overkill. i am a bit nervous about starting meso 3 when i saw my workout card for the squat rack. YIKES!
the problem w/the plyo legs is , i don't know if my old body can take all that jumping. but, i'll try anything. :)
