Would you do this again?

Hello Cathe, I just wanted to thank you for the August Bootcamp rotation. At first I thought this is crazy and there is no way I could do this, and I had never really followed one of your rotations verbatim. To my surprise, I am now finishing the rotation and it has greatly increased my endurance, has made it easier for me to adapt to running again and I'm stronger. I didn't drop tons of weight but you become fitter and find that your not as focused on that aspect, you just want to eat good things for your body in moderation. Here's my question, can you do something like this again say maybe in January after all the holiday pounds? I realize the beauty in this was having someone else push me, I didn't think I could, but I did. So if you could just push me again, that would be nice. Thank you.

Hi Mic! January is a great time to kick it up a notch if you have been working out through the holidays but also eating a bit extra. But most people have probably cut back on their workouts in addition to eating extra. In this case, just doing a normal workout program would already be enough to jump start their metabolism. Then once back on a normal workout program for a while kick it up with something more aggressive, like the Boot Camp rotation.

I'll probably revisit a Boot Camp type rotation around February. Feel free to remind me if you like ;-)

Thanks Cathe, I will remind you:.) I feel like when I do the rotations I just might not challenge myself as hard as I could or maybe just not the right amount of variety. However when you have someone else do this they put in things you may not have considered and it definitely gives the whole routine a different flavor. Like having a personal trainer right there to push you in different ways. Thanks again.
