Liann, that's exactly what I was going to say. If you think Cathe and the crew are stunning on your TV, wait till you get a load of them in person. Breath taking! And so nice. We had a nice chat with Lorraine about how nervous she was filming her first Cathe workout. I think she said it was Boot Camp and she sure doesn't look nervous to me.

I am very impressed at Cathe's fitness level in Meso 1 - talk about Ripped! I'm wondering if the series was filmed out of sequence, or if all those muscles are from STS rehearsal!

I went on the '07 (gah....I think it was '07..or '06 ??) Roadtrip and met/saw them all in person and I tell ya' those are some beautiful women.
