I did Jari Love's RTTC this am. Would it be overkill to do GS BS&B this afternoon - or do you think that the light weights Jari uses are enough for a really good shoulder w/o?

Do what you feel like. IMO I might do the GS BS&B but you don't HAVE TO. Also, I probally shouldn't be responding, I don't know what counterproductive means!!!. Sorry!
I wouldn't do it. Even though the weights are light, the high reps can be pretty challenging for the shoulders. And tired muscles (even if they aren't as fatigued as they might be from a heavier weight workouts) can lead to injury when you ask too much from them.
