I have tried in the past with little success..I was not feeling well at all after my workouts. I think it may be due to the fact that I started exercising right after I woke with an empty stomach. I am up at 6:00 when I don't have to leave for work until 8:00. No, it doesn't take me 2 hours to get ready..it is just habit from DH and his early musters
My question is..what would be a good thing for me to eat before an am workout and how long before I start should I eat?
