Hi,
For those who have done the new Tracey S. Step workout, can you make some comparisons with Cathe's Imax.
I really love the Imax concept -- and I particularly love Cathe's first two Imaxes. I'd especially like to hear comparisons about the choreo complexity.
Is Tracey S. more complex in choreo? That would be a minus for me. Are the blasts high in intensity? That would be a plus for me.

the choreo is more complex but maybe thats because doing cathe step for many years. the blasts are high impact and the music's fast. i am glad i bought it.
