Would like some info on Cardio Hits DVD

I've just put my Firm tapes on half.com and ebay hopefully the sales there will pay for this DVD of Cardio Hits ...
I currently own the VHS versions of the tapes featured in this DVD.
My question is this:
How is the quality of this DVD compared to her other DVD's ?
Should I go ahead and try to sell the videos of the ones Featured in Cardio hits so I can purchase the DVD versions? Would they honestly sell?

Since I'm not sure about this and the videos I put up on half and ebay today well let's just say I've never done anything like this before I'm a virgin seller, so I'm really looking for assurance that they will sell .
I really would like to get all my Cathe tapes in DVD versions. Is this the way to go for this?

The quality of the Cardio Hits DVD is excellent. I did the same thing that you are doing, I sold all of my VHS Cathe tapes on ebay and upgraded to DVD. I love Cathe's DVD's because there are so many options and they are so well chaptered. I did fine selling them on ebay, but don't expect to sell them for more than $12.00 or so per tape. I think I started my bidding at $6.99 per tape and they went up from there. I have noticed there has been a lot of Cathe VHS up there, so I am not sure how much they would sell for now. If you are interested in putting them up on the Fitprime swap board, I see that people are selling them on there too...
