Does it make sense to wait before figuring our 1RM until we understand the pace or count (single-time, 2-2 count, 4-4 count) of the exercises in each STS disc?
In other words, in the S&H style of workouts, I can lift a different amount of weight for 8 reps than when I am doing a more endurance style workout with a lot of single-count or double-count reps.
I'm suspecting that the % of the 1RM max used in each workout is what accounts for the difference in reps and pace, is that right?
Or, perhaps I'm overanalyzing....
