Thank you so much for the new workouts!! So far I've done:
Sat - Party Rockin' Step #1; Lean Legs & Abs
Sun - Rockout Knockout; X10 Low Impact
Mon - Party Rockin' Step #2; Great Glutes
The step workouts are PERFECT! The music, choreography, breakdown, level of intensity, and fun factor can't be topped. In my heart I'm a step girl, and these will get used as much as my Step Blast/ SJP DVD, if not more.
Rockout Knockout is your best cardio kickboxing routine yet. I love Hardstrikes, but it's missing the combos that you include in RK. The music in both is fun, fun, fun.
Lean Legs and Great Glutes are going to keep me walking funny for quite some time. The Abs section was very effective, and possibly my new favourite. X10 Low Impact reminded me of a very short Afterburn.
After my workout today I was completely drenched, but energized. That's the perfect workout, IMO. I'm going to have an epsom salt soak now, and pray that I can ride my bike to work tomorrow.
You and the crew did an awesome job - thank you so much! You've got such a cheerful demeanor in these workouts, much like in the Body Blast Series. Wonderful. Bike riding season is almost over here, and these will keep me happy when the snow starts to fly. The minimal equipment even means that I can do all but the step workouts in the gym at work - perfect! You didn't name this group of videos, so I'm just going to call it The Perfect Series
