Worst "healthy" supermarket foods

Just goes to show you that you have to get past the claims and read the labels. Labels don't lie.

We were in Wally's world last week. Of course my kids wanted cereal. It took us at least 10 minutes to read the labels that didn't have corn syrup or sugar, and reasonably priced. We finally settled on Life Cereal. Even Special K which is supposed to be good for ya, has corn syrup.

Well dang, that Arnold bread is one of my favorites...I don't necessarily eat it for the fiber but because it's really good.
I might get the 'Tater bread, but then again, I don't eat that much bread so I may just stick with my nutty bread.

I also like the Arnold breads 'cause they don't have HFCS.

I also eat the Arnold bread. I'm bummed because I really do like it. I've never seen "Martin" bread anywhere before? And I'm shocked they didn't say "Ezekiel bread" is the best.
