Morning all,

Did KPC today, without the 3rd combo (not my favourite) but doing abs 2x. I just love the abs on KPC and on PUB.

I have the core foundations dvd, which I bought because it's all abs on the stability ball. But I haven't used it yet, and I've had it for over 8 weeks now. Will preview it again (!) later today and do it tomorrow:)

Well I have been neglecting my studies the past 6 months first of all due to all sorts of personal obstacles and second, somehow if I focus on working out I can't focus on my psychology study. Hmmm, that's food for psychologists:) Did write a study schedule including workouts/work/chores/even my shopping and I have approx. 12-15 hours a week to study:) Keeping Friday and Saturday nights free for other things like reading a book, friends, tv etc. Now I have to find a way to stick with it. I am three courses behind as it is. I have to do at least 2 per semester now. That's a lot.

I'm with you Dutchie, I really like KPC abs and PUB abs too! I have heard of core foundations but haven't tried it. My other favorite core work is of course P90X Core Synergistics!

It's funny you mention things you neglected. I have been neglecting some things too. My house looks like a constant cyclone is going thru all the time...I used to be so very scheduled myself, still am to a degree but due to some stress at DH's work the last few years I have kinda said screw it...so, now that I finally got my diet on track I am hoping for other things to follow. I hope you catch up too...:)...For my workout today a 4-5 mile run and then Baron Baptiste Yoga....enjoy the day ladies...:)...Carole
 
Funny you mention your house. You should see mine. Downstairs is OK, but the 1st and particularly the 2nd floor (my bedroom) are a big mess). My kids have to tidy up and clean their own room. But that still leaves two other bedrooms and my own. And you know what happens to rooms that aren't occupied. Everything you don't need right now is thrown in.

Had an accident just now;( . Nothing bad, we're all alright. Except the car is in a big mess. The whole front needs to be repaired. Wasn't my fault but the guy first denied it was his mistake and tried to pin it on me( But there was a witness and when he became aware of this and that this witness was willing to testify he finally accepted blame. Jeez now I have to live without a car for a couple of weeks and this is my summer vacation.... I know there are trains and buses, but I don't particularly like them and it is very expensive to use those for the three of us. I have to pay full price for the kids because they are 12+. Oh well, look at the positive side, it isn't winter so I don't have to freeze my butt off waiting for the bus:) x

Hi all, I did not get a workout in today, helped dh hang drywall, and now I am off to take him to work and to meet a friend for a playdate. I am still feeling rather poorly, I can't seem to stop the runs, no matter whether I eat or don't eat, yet my weight is up and despite not eating isn't coming back down,sigh. My cycle is now on day 33 and I am still waiting.:+ :( I really need it to start because now I will have it at the beach in Sept.:( . Pray that I feel better or my cycle starts and everything else stops and my weight comes back down. All my clothes still fit which is a mystery to me considering I am up 8 pounds from my low.

Annette, if you helped hang drywall you did get in a workout! Good luck with your project and take care of yourself and I'll be thinking of you - keep us posted.

Dutchie, sorry to hear about your accident - it sounds like you have enough going on in your life and that was the last thing you needed. Good luck with school - it can be tough but you won't regret it and you will survive - although at times it may not seem like it:)

Anyway, I did IMAX 2 this morning for the second time and I am definitely getting better :). I was so intimidated at first but you all have been so encouraging and positive that I am starting to really love the choreography and am looking forward to doing it again this weekend so I can soon master it!

Thanks again for starting this check-in - It is great motivation.

Dutchie, good thing that you are not hurt.
Carole, I found the Core Foundation very boring and way too easy. I sent it back.

Ok, today I did 30min biking followed by HSAT (?) only cardio and lower body. All Step abs for dessert w/ medicine ball. Strenght is coming back!
