workouts

When I get the chance and have the energy, I workout out in the evening right after I put DS to bed at 9 p.m. Lately I've been too exhausted from the day to workout much.
 
5:30am Mon-Sat; yoga on Sunday at any time of the day that I feel like.

Evening during the week for sure...usually start anywhere between 7pm and 8:30pm. On weekends, it just depends on my mood and my schedule....but it's still usually later rather than earlier. I guess just b/c I am used to it.

During the week I go to the gym from 11:30-12:30 and then I'll do a Cathe workout around 6:00. I've been getting a bit tired so a few nights last week I missed my evening workout. On the weekends, it varies - usually in the late afternoon though.
 
5:45 am on weekdays and around 7-8 am on weekends. If I decide to workout later in the day I would get distracted or other things would take priority and it wouldn't get done. This way, it's done and over with and I have energy for the rest of the day.
