Workouts

I just completed a three week rotation with S&H and am now starting a 3-4 week rotation of PS. What a difference with how quickly the PS workouts are compared to S&H. I got use to moving slowly now I have to move a bit faster. I feel I did get strength gains with S&H and wanted to continue but felt I should change up.
I am thinking about getting IMax, MIS, and MIC. Should I get them?
I thought after my PS rotation that I would do a rotation with MIS and bodymax/power hour. Then back to S&H.
I am trying to fit in cardio 5 days a week since I still have quite a bit a weight to lose. I am doing Cathe Cardio. What does anyone think.

Thanks
Rhonda

I think you should be warned that the upper body portion of MIS is very similar to the upper portion of Body Max. jeanne

I have heard that the upperbody is really similar too, but I used to do each CTX body part twice a week, so I just do the Body Max upper body once a week and the MIS upper body once a week. Here is a fun rotation with the tapes you mentioned:
Sat: MIC Hi/Lo and MIS upper body
Sun: Cardio of choice
Mon: MIC Step and MIS lower body
Tue: Cardio of choice
Wed: Body Max Upper Body (and an optional 20-30 min. of cardio)
Thu: Body Max Step and Circuits
Fri: REST

Have fun!

I broke down and bought MIS, MIC, and IntervalMax. They should be sitting at my doorstep tomorrow. I am in my 2nd week of PS. I will be doing the PS rotation for a couple more weeks and plan to go to S&H for three weeks then to MIS/BodyMax rotation for 3-4 weeks. I have seen some difference in myself but need to lose weight to see a big difference. It is coming off slowly so that is good. I do cardio 5-6 days a week, usually Cathe or some other adv cardio.
The rotation listed above sounds like a fun workout. I will give it a try.

thanks
