i currently own the maximum strength and bodyblast series...are there different exercises used the pyramid series? i do not want to purchase videos that already have same exercises. thanks for your help
In the pyramids, many of the exercises will probably be ones that you have seen before, but they are done in a very different manner which makes them way worth the purchase. The pyramid system has you going up in weight, while decreasing reps, and then coming back down again. So for each exercise, you pyramid up 3 sets, and then back down to where you started. These workouts are really fun and I totally recommend getting them!
