Workouts with Compound Exercises

I'm trying to put together a workout rotation that uses shorther HIIT cardio and a combo of total body workouts and workouts that contain compound exercises (similar to Jillian's NMTZ). I was wondering if you ladies could help me put together a list of workouts that have alot of compound exercises. (I'm not interested in Jari's...have a few of hers and we dont click).

Check out Kelly Coffey-Meyer's new DVD Lift, the powersculpt workout is almost all compound moves. There is another one on there called Olympic Lifting, but I have not done that one yet, and it's a VERY different style than any thing else I have seen on DVD.
 
What exactly do you mean by "compound moves"?
Technically, "compound moves" are those like bench presses (vs. flyes) or overhead presses (vs. lateral raises) that use a targeted muscle as well as assisting muscles (vs. isolation moves, like flyes, that just target one muscle group).

Are you refering to "combination moves," like shoulder flyes and static lunges done at the same time? Cathe's Circuit Max and Cardio and Weights alternate step with these types of moves.
