I'm trying to put together a workout rotation that uses shorther HIIT cardio and a combo of total body workouts and workouts that contain compound exercises (similar to Jillian's NMTZ). I was wondering if you ladies could help me put together a list of workouts that have alot of compound exercises. (I'm not interested in Jari's...have a few of hers and we dont click).
