Workouts That Are Light on Lunges and Squats

Which Cathe workouts, with weight lifting, are light on lunges and squats? I can't do squats at all and lunges only to a degree because of knee problems and would like some new workouts that don't kill the knees. Are there any?
 
Sorry, I don't know either, but am interested in other replies.
I, too, have trouble with all the squats and lunges, particularly in Cathe's videos, for some unknown reason. I have always been doing Firms, but ordered Power Hour and really loved it and welcomed the change, except that my knees were really burning after doing PH. I decided to go back to the Firm, and now they are fine again.
