Workout Weekend!

Well Cathe, I really enjoyed Intensity. I love that you didn't make like your other step workouts. Just when I thought I would be able to take a "air break", you just kept it going. The HiiT workouts were a great and need add-on. I feel like I got a great cardio workout esp. since I did it at 6:30 am today. So thanks again for a great and hard workout.
 
I love, love, love intensity. I did it as soon as I got it and all I can say is wow!!!! That is one butt-kickin step routine. Unfortunately, I was only able to do intensity one day last week and high reps yesterday with very light reps weights b/c I caught a cold as soon as I got the workouts and I'm still recovering. I bought a new troylite barbell and I bought new cathe fitness bands so I could do all the workouts and unfortunately got sick. :confused: Having said that, the new Intensity workout is superb!!! :cool:
