WORKOUT Wednesday 9/1

Hi - Where is everyone?

This morning I did Push Pull for the first time - Yet another great Cathe workout! I'm going to try the September Rotation - I've never done a rotation before but I am going to give it a whirl using the workouts I have.

I'm finally beginning to lose those last 5 pounds and I'm hoping this rotation will help me along. This next week will be tough with regards to eating better since its that "time of the month" and I always seem to sabotage myself then - NOT THIS TIME THOUGH :) I hope!

Hi Wendy,

I did PLB and abs off of Body Max today. I am feeling better but I haven't eaten much today either. I am beginning to suspect that I am lactose intolerant. I did great yesterday only eating processed American cheese until I ate supper that had cheddar cheese in it, then the cramping and bloating came back. Not as back since I hadn't eaten much all day but nevertheless back. My poor dh said that my gas smelled so bad that he claimed something crawled up inside of me and died,:+ :( wonderful illustration right?!? So today I am avoiding all dairy and will see how it goes. I was back down 3 pounds this morning so that was a plus. At least if it is lactose intolerance I can get the over the counter Lactaid stuff and see if that helps.

Hi Wendy and Annette,

I will be spinning tonight. I'm still tiered from my 30k run on Saturday. Annette, I have noticed that sice I have gotten older I have become lactose intolerant and had the same problems that you are having. Hope you feel better.

Hi ladies....I did Yoga, Imax Extreme and PS abs. I have really enjoyed Yoga as it gets me to stretch very well!

Wendy, yes try the rotation, it looks like a good one. I never did a rotation til P90X and loved it!
Annette, hope you find out the problem as it could be a few things. I think its the beans that give me a bit of a problem and my DH has some colorful descriptions too...:)...everyone else...have a great day...:)...Carole
 
I know this is going to be a stupid question but what exactly is spinning? (insert "duh" emoticon here)

Spinning workouts are done on a stationary bike or a bike on a trainer maybe, you peddle like crazy with somebody telling you what to do. They are supposed to be grueling workouts.

Good evening ladies!

Looong day... Anyway, 30 min very intense Nordictracking for me in the morning ( hr 160+) followed by ME and BC abs.

Tonight I reviewed my new Core Foundations DVDs and Ihave to say that they look surprisingly good. I'll do S&H arms tomorow and maybe one of these DVDs.

So hard to put all this stuff together!
