Hi - Where is everyone?
This morning I did Push Pull for the first time - Yet another great Cathe workout! I'm going to try the September Rotation - I've never done a rotation before but I am going to give it a whirl using the workouts I have.
I'm finally beginning to lose those last 5 pounds and I'm hoping this rotation will help me along. This next week will be tough with regards to eating better since its that "time of the month" and I always seem to sabotage myself then - NOT THIS TIME THOUGH
