Morning girls,

Leftover codeine and a lot of pillows helped me sleep last night. My throat is like sandpaper this morning. And my voice is terrible. No yelling at my kids today :)

We did P90X Shoulders&Arms. Ran out of time, so we'll do Ab Ripper this afternoon. I've noticed that most of you ladies workout about 90minutes a day. How do you do that?

I'm glad you got some sleep Dutchie. Ever try gargling with hot salt water for the sore throat?...sometimes that really helps me. I would out long because I have the time too. And I am rather obsessive about exercise...today is a 4-5 mile run and some floor legs....enjoy the workouts...:)...Carole
 
PUB for me today. I got on the treadmill this AM while DH did the bike. He's into his new recumbent bike (Happy Father's day, hon!)

His blood pressure and Blood sugar have been not so good, so I'm glad he's back to fitness. He's a born couch tater.
 
Dutchie, glad that you got a better nights sleep. Hope there is no yelling required with your kids.

I did Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders and I will admit that during the lunges (back preexhaust and the static lunges)I did ride the bike on the trainer. I did do the first front preexhaust lunges so that was good. Still can't make it to goal with my weight but I was back down another of the same pounds that I have already lost once and they keep coming back. I guess I can lose them but they keep finding me again,LOL!!:7 Guess I need to lose them and then run like the dickens to get away from them,LOL!!!:D

Oh Annette, you must be very young... So, did they make pancakes out of you boobs? :)
Dutchie, that salt water thing actually works. I hope that you'll get better soon.

Well, I did 20 min row and 20 min nordictrack with some hiit thrown in. Hr up to 176!
After that I was just goofyng around with P/P and S/S doing lots of upper bodies and abs for 40 min. It was fun.:) :)
Dutchie, I'm very lucky since I set my own working hours and they are usually 12pm to 3 or 4 pm tops. I have the morning for myself and the rest of the day for my family and work. I am not complaining at all.
I'am actually very obsessive and extremely protective about my exercise time, it is priority. Only family emergencies can interfere.
 
I am not that young I am 40 and actually it didn't hurt at all. So I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that hurt was taking the nipple stickies off,oooh that hurt,LOL!! But I survived. Thanks for thinking that I am young,LOL!! Makes my day!!:) :7
