Workout Wed Oct 27th

Josie, I did a 30 minute run last month, because Cathe told me to in the rotation I was following. I haven't run hardly at all since before starting Cathe's strength workouts, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it not very difficult at all. I actually found going up the (small) hills the most enjoyable part, because I really got to work my legs; it felt great! I can only attribute this to stronger legs and core. If we weren't such a northern city, where we get snow by the end of September, I would add more running to my program. Gotta love it!
