WORKOUT Tuesday 8/31

Good Morning,

Today I did Muscle Endurance for the first time in two weeks - it felt really good. My husband and I are planning on going for a run tonight -we were going to last night but we both wimped out:-( .

Anyway, have a great workout everyone!
 
Good morning Wendy....ah, wimping out is okay sometimes! My shoulders are a little sore from S&H yesterday..:)...today is S&H chest and back, AbRipper and a 6 mile run...have a good day...:)...Carole
 
I did Kick, Punch and Crunch today. Today I will not eat much in an attempt to see what is causing all my cramping, bloating, pain, gasiness, and breast tenderness of all things. I did buy some Parsley, Debbie, so I am trying that too.

Pray I feel better the only thing that settles with me is my smoothie.

Another member of the S&H Club -- I did only Legs today, 70lb on the squats. Thank God I have a squat rack, I don't know what would I do without it. Definitely not 70 lb... :) I also did 50 min cardio, it just felt so good!

Mari, 70 pounds? WOW, I'm impressed - good for you!:)

I also felt really good tonight after work and went ahead and did MIC since the walk/run my husband and I were going to go on fell through again. Love that workout - Then again, I'm not sure if there is one I don't love! :)


I am going to do Cathe's September Rotation but I am modifying it since there are a few workouts I don't have - YET! ;-) I'll keep you all posted.
