Good morning ladies....I am doing PLB (I'll skip the step ups and add my own leg extensions and leg curls) and an 8 mile run.

Hope the workouts go well....maybe more pictures tonight????....:)...Carole

Small world...I did PLB (up premix) this morning as well...that was it, though...I'm afraid I couldn't even think about an 8-mile run! Very impressive! One of these days I (might) take up running! lol Have a great day! :)
 
Hey there, today I did a 30 min intense spinning... taking the day off from weights :) HOpefully the diet will be alright too:

breakfast: 1 apple, 1 small bagel with a little yugurt butter
snack: 1 yogurt with handful of nuts
lunch: 2 cups of salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 1 once of lowfat cheese
snack: protein bar
dinner: 1 cup cauliflower salad, 1 cup low fat ravioli with marinara sauce
snack: not sure yet :) maybe a little piece of candy

It looks like we have two check in threads going this morning. I bumped up the other one so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.

This morning I did Cardio & Weights, step only, followed by Pyramid Upper Body.

Sorry about barging in on this check in. I was just wondering how the weather is where you are running. It is cold here in Utah. I have been trying to get creative on the treadmill... UGH.. I am trying to keep my miles around 35 a week. 40 is pushing it on the treadmill..

Hi, Today I have done the 2 day of the november rotation. I have substitude the 30 minutes run with the first half of MIC. I am going to do 30 minutes in my static bike too.

Hi everyone,

Today is S&H C&B...due to the advice on another thread, I added 1 set to each exercise. My arms feel like rubber! Yikes! Hope I don't have to pick up any Rotties today.

Tonight will take Diana for a walk/run if I don't work too late.

Good Morning Ladies,

I did PLB this morning and I thought that I was not going to make it.
I ran 12 miles on Sunday and 11 yesterday, my running partner convinced me to do this, why do I let her! Tonight I will do spinnig .

Hi All! Mixed up bodypump and Cathe weights with SJP step and SB combo 3 and challenge then some more weights...good workout, chest and triceps are feeling nicely pumped:).

It's a grey old day here today. I'm pleased to say that I only had one hallowe'en treat yesterday.:)

HI all, I did the day 2 of the November rotation also, so S&H Back and Biceps but I substituted 30 min. on the bike on the trainer for running since I don't run,LOL!! I am sore from yesterday's chest work but then again I am always sore from Slow and Heavy Chest work.

I'm joining the Pyramid group today. I did PUB chest, triceps and biceps. It was after rowing for 40 min.

Hi All! I've never posted my workouts on here before so I hope you don't mind, but I wanted to join in the Pyramid group. I did PLB and then CTX Kickbox (I skipped the bicep and ab work). I will do abs later tonight. What is everyone's opinion on Cathe's most difficult ab workout?

Today I did ME. Felt good! My favorite ab work is in that wo.
