Afternoon all,

Was feeling so strong today!!! Can't believe what a difference a few proteine/banana drinks make:) :)

Did PUB/PLB bonus workout, added PUB abs, then added S&H triceps&shoulders, skipping the warm up.

I used the pyramid system for S&H as well. I used weights for the last set of each exercise that I have never used before!! Like 13KG (28.6 pounds) barbell for biceps!! Unbelievable, since I already done biceps in PUB. I have to admit though, when doing the S&H abs, my sides were cramping like mad. Probably because I use the stability ball for weight work as well.

I had to lower the high step in PLB for the leg presses because of the painfull stress on my left knee. And I did the lunges without any weight. I noticed though, that if I turned the toes of the back leg inward I felt no stress on the knees at all. Strange!

Hi Dutchie I will post here too, don't want you to feel left out, I did Shoulders and Triceps and abs only(not the pikes) off of Pyramid Upper Body this morning and then I did 10-10-10 cardio and cooldown only. BOY all I can say is for only a 30 min. workout it is intense and the sweat was just pouring off of me. I recognize some of the moves and music from Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks. I am having fun trying them out. Those abs on the PUB are a killer also.

was you're workout 30min in total? cause I could use one of those when I'm running late.

With cooldown it was 34 min. This was CTX 10-10-10. Or at least the info given on the description page on this site list it as 5 min. warm up, 25min. aeorbics and 4 min. cooldown, works for me!!

Hi everyone,

Sorry I'm checking in late today - Anyway, this morning I did IMAX 2 - LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! I am feeling energetic now so I think I am going to go do another cardio workout - I don't know which one yet. Still feeling my hamstrings from PLB yesterday.

Counting the days till my Body Blast DVD's arrive - the estimated delivery date is August 23 - YIPPEE! I've never done a rotation before but I am thinking about trying a Cathe Rotation in September -is anyone else thinking about it?
