Good morning ladies...

I am doing a 6 mile run and some Yoga today. My legs are feeling much better..:) and yes Laurie I know a massage would really help, thanks for the reminder!

Mari...yes the weight loss normally helps my running. I run the best about 118-120 but I am about 115 now so we'll see how that works. I haven't really focused much on speedwork but more on mileage right now.

Josie..my time for the half was 1:53:31 which surprised me as I didn't think I'd run much under a 9:00 pace. How is your marathon training going?

For me todays workout is CircuitMax and 30 minutes of Abs (MIS, SJP, KPC). I usually workout in the am but work is very busy in the am, so I have to wait until this afternoon to workout.
 
Good Morning Ladies,

I will be running 8 miles tonight and PUB. Carole, my training is going well for my December marathon. I don't do speedwork anymore because I have gotten injured doing it in the past, I now use my spinning as speedwork and believe me it works.

Wow! Everybody's working so hard, that's awesome!!
Thursdays are my teaching at the gym so I 'Pumped' this morning and will teach yoga tonight. Yesterday's Gauntlet is still ringing in my arms so they are feeling well worked after this morning's BodyPump!!
My wrist's are really feeling it so I'll go ice them, tonight's down dogs will be the true test.

Hi

This morning I did Step Blast - at first I wasn't sure I liked it but it is really starting to grow on me. I keep glancing over to Rhonda who is having so much fun and it gives me inspiration.

I feel lazy in comparison to the rest of you. I just ate a big bowl of Chili for supper but as soon as my stomach doesn't feel so full I may go do a premix or something.
