Hi everyone. Today another Nordic track HIIT. After PLB, and MIS & PH chest, back and abs. Enjoy the workouts, Dutchie and Fab40, hope you guys are feeling better today...:)...Carole

Nice workout you had this morning!
I am tired this morning -- just one of those days, I guess. Today I did:
25 min nordictrack -- no hiit
kpc abs
PS - chest, shoulders and triceps
PH - chest and triceps
 
Hi all, I did 60 min. of legwork, standing legwork off of Slow and Heavy and then the floorwork and abs off of PS Strong Legs and abs. My legs are already feeling shakey and we have to grocery shop tonight.:+ :eek:

I have been wondering and just have to ask. What's the Nordic Track??

I woke up in time but felt really tired, so I went back to bed ;-(( Got up in time for work and decided I would work out after work. But, I am still too tired (exhausted)... and cold... Hope I feel better tomorrow (sp?). Another early bedtime for me.

Nordictrack is a crosscountry ski machine. The best thing in the world. You get a total body wo with very little impact, you get cardio+resistence too. Do I sound like a sale person? I have mine for over 10 years and still use it several times a week. Money best spent.:) :) www.nordictrack.com
