Because of all people wrote about it, and what Tony says on the DVD about high impact and bad knees, I really dreaded doing P90X Plyometrics.
Today I thought I give it a try as I'm revising my schedule up to race day. And as Carole thought it helped with running, I'd better try it. And it was fun. I could keep up with the crew, so that boosted my ego
The only exercises that gave my knee any trouble were the lunges in the warm up, and the one-legged hops at the end, so I modified these. I did do most of the w/o on my thick sticky mat to help with the impact. Great leg w/o. Followed by Ab Ripper.
After, I made myself a banana smoothie with proteine as a recovery drink and then added on PUB up only.
