My general suggestions:
> don't do strength training (PUB, PLB, SH) on the same body part two days in a row
> Endurance training (muscle endurance, boot camp) is okay to do back to back (meaning, one day endurance, the next strength) with strength training
> cardio 2 - 3 times per week (boot camp, IMAX, MIC, Rhythmic Step) - you would probably want to vary the endurance (RS, MIC) with the intervals (boot camp, IMAX2), so maybe do one of each per week or 2 of one and 1 of the other. mix it up.
Here's the routine I'm on - from Cathe's post on rotations with the Intensity series - with my modifications (marked with *):
Saturday: BootCamp
Sunday: OFF or yoga*
Monday: Muscle Endurance or MIS*
Tuesday: IMAX2 (or Rhythmic Step/MIC/other cardio)*
Wednesday: Cardio & Weights
Thursday: PLB + 5 intervals of IMAX2 (I usually can't make it past PLB!!)
Friday: PUB
Also, if the video doesn't include an abs section, I'll usually add in a section off of Ab Hits.
