Good morning everyone,
Today I ran for about 20 minutes and walked for another 20 minutes. Then I did Cardio and Weights. My abs just aren't feeling that strong lately so I think I might try to work them about 4-5 times a week to get them stronger. Still struggling to lose those 5 pounds -its DRIVING ME CRAZY!(my husband tells me its a short drive
)Anyway, I've been slacking a bit on the diet(ok maybe more than a bit) - that is just one thing I am constantly struggling with!
Well, the Body Blast Series is scheduled to arrive on Monday! I can't wait.
Also, as I asked in another post, is anyone else thinking of doing the September rotation? I had never done one before and was thinking about it.
Now I'm off to help a friend paint her porch....I'll check in later.
