Hi Cathe!
I am trying to get in shape this year and I would like to get your advice. I have been doing cardio step and hi/lo tapes since the beginning of the year and also some light weight training for muscle endurance.
My question is: I have already ordered a lot of your tapes because I'm working up to them (slowly but surely!). I hope to try your cardio tapes in another month or so; possibly one per week (plus other cardio for the rest of the week), then gradually work up to 3 or 4 a week.
In addition, as the year progresses, I would like to try some interval tapes and your Pure Strength series. Do you think it would be better to focus on intervals for a month or two, and then the strength training, separately?
I guess what I'm asking is, I often see you suggest weekly rotations for people, could you give me an idea of how my workouts should change from month to month? I have the same goals as most people: to lose weight (about 40 pounds) and be able to get up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing!
I know Cathe is very busy right now, so if anyone else has any input, I would greatly appreciate it!
