Workout Question


What kind of workouts will we be doing? HIIT? MMA? Step? Hi/Lo? Is there a particular DVD that we should become more familiar with?

Thank You again Nancy. I also posted this right now so it will be even more detailed. Also remember that there is no competition or feeling that you have to do any workout or feel you have to go all out. If any workout is not one you wish to participate in, please sit it out, no questions asked. Or even if you want to do bits and pieces, or not do any jumping...whatever your wish is or reasons are...listen to your body and do what you want/need to do...ENJOY!!!!
